Unsubscribing stops product notes, restock alerts, care guides, and offer codes. It does not cancel an order that a representative is already confirming with you.

Use the same email you subscribed with. The list this form can see is the one saved in this browser. If you subscribed on another browser or by writing to us directly, send a one-line note to hello@neverforgettab.com and a person will remove you there as well.

You do not need to give a reason to a human, but the form asks for one so we can stop repeating a letter people do not want. “Other” needs a short explanation. Everything else is a single choice.

After a valid unsubscribe, that address is taken off the list in this browser immediately. You can subscribe again later if you change your mind.
