Fewer, clearer choices
Each category has a small set. Descriptions say what the product is good at and what it is not. If you need a studio recorder with eight inputs, we will say so and point you away from StudioMic.

The desk
NeverForget started as a notebook. Every time a laptop, a pair of headphones, or a small drive earned a permanent spot on the table, the reason went on a page. The shop is that notebook, opened to other people.
We sell electronics and digital goods. The physical side is laptops, phones, tablets, displays, cameras, audio, wearables, storage, and a few smart-home pieces. The digital side is color libraries and sound beds that arrive by email after a person confirms the order. We do not try to stock everything with a port. If a product is here, someone on the desk has used a unit like it for real work.
The name is a promise about attention. Devices are easy to forget once the box is gone: the charge limit you meant to set, the tip size that actually sealed, the cable that should have stayed in the bag. We write those things down and send them with the order.

The cart lives in your browser. Checkout does not charge a card. A representative emails you, checks stock, and only then talks about payment and delivery. Digital files follow the same confirmation.
Battery ceilings, headphone fit, and backup habits are part of the product. The journal is free. The letter is optional. Support stays on hello@neverforgettab.com.

You add pieces to the cart, apply TAB15 if you have it, and leave a name and an email. That is the whole form. We never ask for a phone number or a street address on the website. Delivery details, if a physical parcel needs them, are arranged inside the email thread with the representative, not typed into a public page.
Physical goods ship once that thread is agreed. Orders over $75 of merchandise, after any code, travel without a delivery charge. Smaller physical orders add a flat delivery fee shown in the cart. Digital-only carts never add that fee. Downloads are a link, not a disc.
Returns on unused physical goods stay open for 30 days from delivery. Write to us before you send anything back so the parcel has a destination that is not published here. If a device is faulty, say so in the first note. We would rather replace it than debate it.
Photographs on this site are natural pictures of desks, devices, and rooms. They show the kind of object and the kind of light. The finish you receive follows the color or license you choose on the product page. House names — Aurora, Halo, Pulse, Lumen, Orbit, and the rest — are NeverForget lines, not badges borrowed from other makers.
No. One desk chooses the catalog. You are not buying from a stranger's listing. If a product is wrong for you, the product page should already say why.
There is no public counter and no published street address. The shop is the website, and the conversation is email.
FrameLab includes a year of added looks. The files you already downloaded remain yours under the single-user license. PulseRoom beds do not expire. Neither product is a rental.
