Home / Terms & Services

Last updated 14 October 2026

These Terms & Services are the rules for using the NeverForget website, browsing the catalog, placing an order request, and receiving electronics or digital goods from us. Please read them before you check out. If you do not agree, do not place an order. You can still read the journal.

The shop is operated by NeverForget and is reached at neverforgettab.com. Questions go to hello@neverforgettab.com. We do not publish a phone number or a street address. There is no public counter. Support, delivery arrangements, and returns all start in that mailbox.

1. Agreement

By using the website you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy linked from the footer. Placing an order request is a further, specific agreement covering the products in that request, the price shown at that moment, and the delivery method a representative later confirms with you by email.

We may refuse an order request, or any part of it, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect misuse, or if we cannot confirm the details we need. A refusal is not a penalty. It is how a small desk stays accurate.

These terms are written in plain language on purpose. If a sentence and a later confirmation email ever disagree about your particular order, the confirmation email controls for that order. These terms still control everything the email does not mention.

2. The website

The website presents a catalog, a journal, and forms for contact, subscription, and checkout. The cart is stored in your browser. The website does not create a customer account, does not store a card number, and does not ask you to type a phone number or a postal address.

Pages may be unavailable for short periods while we correct a description or a price. We do not promise that the site will be error free or that every browser will draw it the same way. You are responsible for the device and the connection you use to reach us.

Content is for general information and for shopping. It is not a substitute for the manual that ships with a device, for professional electrical advice, or for emergency help. If a battery swells, if you smell burning, or if a device is damaged by liquid, stop using it and follow ordinary safety practice. Then email us if the device came from this shop.

3. Who may use the shop

You must be able to form a contract and to pay for the goods you request. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may browse, but you may place an order only with a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms and whose email we can use for confirmation.

You agree that the name and email you enter are yours, or that you are allowed to use them for this purchase. We rely on that email. If it is wrong, we may not be able to confirm the order, send a download, or help with a return.

We may stop serving the site to anyone who abuses the forms, attempts to break the shop, or uses the catalog to mislead other people.

4. The catalog

Product pages describe house lines chosen by NeverForget. Names such as AuroraBook, HaloPhone, TabSlate, PulseBuds, ClearTone, NexusView, LumenShot, OrbitWatch, KeyForge, and the others are our names for the goods we sell. Photographs are natural pictures of desks, devices, and rooms. They show the kind of object and the kind of light. They are not a promise that every port, logo, or reflection in the photograph will match the unit that leaves our hands.

The finish you receive follows the color or license you select. If a page says a photograph is illustrative, believe that sentence. Specifications are the list that controls: display size, capacity, what is in the box, and whether the item is digital.

We try to correct mistakes quickly. If a price or a specification is obviously wrong — a laptop listed for the price of a cable, a capacity that contradicts the rest of the page — we may cancel the request and invite you to place it again at the corrected figure. We will not quietly charge you a higher number than the one you saw.

Reviews and star counts on the pages are editorial summaries of notes we have gathered from use and from customers. They are not a live feed from a public marketplace.

5. Electronics

Electronics need compatible software, power, and sometimes a network that we do not control. A laptop runs the system installed on it. A phone works with the networks and the services you already use. A watch pairs with recent phone systems, as the product page states. We do not promise that every accessory you already own will mate with a new device. Where a page lists ports or a pairing note, that list is the promise.

Power adapters are matched to the device they ship with. Use them as directed. Do not open a sealed power supply. Do not run a device with a swollen battery. Cables wear out. A cable that only works at an angle should be retired.

Smart-home products, including HomeLink Hub, can run basic routines without an account. Voice features, if you turn them on, follow the switch on the device. Radios can be affected by walls and by other radios. A hub is not a security system and it is not a medical device.

Cameras and microphones record. You are responsible for having the right to record the people and the places in front of them. We sell the tool. We do not grant you anyone else’s image or voice.

6. Digital goods

Some products are digital: FrameLab LUT Library and PulseRoom Sound Beds are the current examples. They are licensed, not sold as physical objects. The license is for a single user, on the machines that person actually uses, for their own projects. You may not resell the raw files, post them for open download, or treat a single purchase as a studio-wide seat license.

FrameLab may be used to grade your photos and video. PulseRoom beds may be used inside your own films, classes, and slideshows. In both cases the raw library itself stays yours to use and not yours to redistribute.

Digital goods are delivered by email after a representative confirms the order. They are not unlocked the moment you press the checkout button, because checkout is a request, not a charge. Keep the message that carries the link. If it does not arrive, check the spelling of the address you gave us and write to hello@neverforgettab.com.

FrameLab includes one year of added looks from the date we send the first link. Files you already received remain yours after that year. PulseRoom files do not expire. Neither product is a rental, and neither requires a subscription to keep working, aside from that year of new FrameLab additions.

7. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in dollars, marked $, and the top bar of the shop reads USD. That is the currency of the catalog. It is not a statement about where you live or where a parcel will travel. A representative confirms any conversion or delivery cost that the website does not already show.

The price on the product page is the merchandise price before a discount code. Compare-at figures, when they appear with a strike-through, are our own previous price for that item, not a claim about every other shop on earth.

Delivery, when it is not free, is a flat fee shown in the cart. It is not a tax estimator and it is not a customs calculator. If a parcel crosses a border and a duty is assessed, that duty is between you and the authority that assesses it unless the representative has agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Promotions

The code TAB15 takes fifteen percent off the merchandise subtotal of the cart when it is entered and accepted. It does not reduce the delivery fee. It applies to electronics and to digital goods in the same cart. It cannot be exchanged for cash. It cannot be applied after a representative has already confirmed a final total, unless that person agrees in the email thread.

We may end or change a code when the edit it belongs to ends. A code that the cart rejects is not a code you are entitled to force. One code at a time. If a banner and the cart ever disagree, the cart is the calculator and the confirmation email is the contract.

Complimentary delivery applies when the merchandise total after any accepted code is at least $75, and it always applies to a cart that contains only digital goods. Physical orders under that line show a delivery fee before you check out. You will see the figure before you place the request.

9. Order requests

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it. The cart can be emptied by clearing your browser storage, by using another browser, or by the buttons on the cart page. We do not see the cart until you submit checkout, and even then the website keeps the request on your side of the screen until a representative is working from the email conversation.

Checkout asks for your name, your email, an optional note, and a confirmation that you understand a person will write to you before anything is charged or shipped. Do not put a card number, a phone number, or a street address in the note. If a parcel needs a destination, the representative will ask for it in the private email thread, not on the public form.

When the form is valid and the cart has at least one product, the site confirms the request on screen and clears the cart in that browser. That confirmation is the start of the order, not the end of it.

10. Confirmation by a representative

A NeverForget representative will contact you at the email you provided to confirm availability, the final list of goods, the total, and the practical steps for payment and delivery. The message you should expect is the one stated at checkout: thank you, your order was received, and a representative will contact you.

Please answer from the same email address so we can match the thread. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may close the request without supplying the goods. You can start again whenever you like.

A contract for a specific set of goods is formed when we email you an acceptance that names those goods and the total, and you accept that total, or when we accept payment against that total, whichever we say in the thread. Until then, the request can be changed or withdrawn by either of us.

11. Payment

This website does not take payment. We do not provide a card field. We will never ask you to send a card number, a full card security code, or a password by email. If someone does, it is not us. Pay only by the method the representative names in the confirmation thread, and only after you recognize the order.

Payment is due as the confirmation describes. We may hold goods until payment clears. Digital links are sent after payment clears, unless the representative says otherwise for a particular file.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause delivery or disable a download link that has not yet been used. Goods already consumed are handled under the returns and digital sections below.

12. Availability

Catalog items are offered while stocks or licenses last. A page can remain visible for a short time after the last unit is spoken for. If we cannot supply an item, we will say so and we will not take payment for it. We may offer a close alternative. You do not have to accept the alternative.

Pre-orders, if we ever mark an item that way, ship when the page says they ship. A date on a journal essay is a publishing date, not a delivery date.

13. Delivery of physical goods

Physical goods leave us after the email confirmation and payment. The representative will agree how the parcel is addressed and which service carries it. Tracking, when the service provides it, is sent in the same thread.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier marks the parcel delivered to the place you and the representative agreed, or when you collect it, whichever happens first. Title passes when we have received payment in full. Until then the goods remain ours even if they are on the way.

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. If the box is crushed or the device is missing, email us within seven days with photographs of the box and the contents. Waiting longer makes it harder for us to claim with the carrier, and we may not be able to replace the unit.

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, customs, and carrier backlogs are outside our hands. We will tell you what we know. We do not promise a calendar day unless the representative has written that day into the confirmation.

14. Delivery of digital goods

Digital goods are delivered by a link or a file sent to your email. Delivery is complete when that message reaches your mail provider’s system, even if a spam folder hides it. Search for our address before you assume it failed.

You are responsible for having enough storage and a compatible editor. FrameLab needs software that can load LUT or preset files. PulseRoom needs software that can play or place a wav file. The product page states the practical requirement.

Because a file can be copied perfectly, digital goods are treated differently from a sealed headphone box. Please read the returns section before you ask us to send the link.

15. Risk, title, and inspection

You agree to examine physical goods promptly and to tell us about shortages, wrong colors, or damage you can see. Hidden faults are covered below and are not limited to the seven-day photo window, but the sooner you write, the sooner we can help.

A color name — Graphite, Sand, Midnight, Fog, Oak, and the rest — is our name for a finish. Screens and rooms change how a finish looks. Small variation between a photograph and a unit is normal. A completely different product is not normal, and we will correct it.

16. Returns

Unused physical goods, in the condition we sent them, with the accessories that came in the box, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first. Do not ship a parcel to a guess. We will reply with the practical steps. Return transport is arranged in that thread.

Goods that show wear, missing parts, or a damaged seal may be refused or refunded in part. A restocking discussion happens in the email, not as a surprise.

Digital goods may be cancelled for a full refund if we have not yet sent the download. Once the link has been sent, the license fee is earned, except where the files are materially not as described or will not open in software the page said they support. In that case we will replace the files or refund, at your choice.

Refunds go back by the method used to pay, when that method allows it. A representative will tell you the timing. We do not refund the delivery fee on an order you simply changed your mind about, unless the law where you are entitled to more, or unless we made the mistake.

17. Faulty goods

If a device is faulty in materials or workmanship within a year of delivery, email us with the order reference, what it does, and what you have already tried. We will repair, replace, or refund. We choose the path that actually fixes the problem, and we will say which one before you ship anything.

This promise does not cover misuse, liquid that the product page did not claim to resist, a drop onto stone, an opened power supply, or a battery that was stored empty for a year. Consumable wear — ear tips, cables, battery capacity that declines gradually — is not a fault by itself. A battery that fails early, or that swells, is a fault and a safety issue. Stop using a swollen battery.

Nothing in this section limits rights you already have under the law that applies to you. If that law gives you more, you have more.

18. Care you agree to take

You agree to follow the ordinary care of electronics: compatible power, ventilation, and backups of your own files. We are not responsible for data you did not copy before a repair. PixelDrive and any other storage product can fail. Two copies of work you cannot lose is the minimum a serious desk keeps, and one of those copies should not live in the same bag as the other.

You agree not to rely on a headphone, a watch, or a phone as a medical or emergency device. Heart-rate figures and sleep notes are trends for curiosity. They are not a diagnosis.

19. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website. That includes attempting to scrape the catalog in a way that degrades the service, injecting code into the forms, creating false order requests in bulk, or using the contact form to harass the people who answer it.

Do not upload or send us material you do not have the right to send. Do not use our product names to impersonate NeverForget.

We may ignore a message that is abusive, and we may keep a record of it long enough to protect the person who received it.

20. Intellectual property

The website, the logo, the writing, the product names, and the digital libraries are owned by NeverForget or used with permission. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the catalog text, the logo, or a digital library onto another shop.

The red tablet mark and the word NeverForget are our brand. Please do not use them in a way that suggests you are us, or that we endorse a product we did not sell.

Journal essays may be quoted in short for criticism or discussion, with credit and a link. They may not be republished whole.

21. Messages you send

If you send a product suggestion, a correction, or a photograph of a desk, you give us permission to use the idea in the shop and the journal without owing you a fee. You keep ownership of a photograph you took. You give us a license to show it if you clearly say we may. We will not put your email address on a public page.

Do not send us confidential business plans you would be upset to see used as a general product idea. The mailbox is a support desk, not a vault for secrets.

22. Cart, wishlist, and local storage

The cart, the wishlist, the discount code, and the subscriber list you create in the forms are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are tied to that browser on that device. Clearing site data removes them. We do not promise that a cart will still be there tomorrow, which is another reason a cart is not a reservation.

You are responsible for the browser you share with other people. If someone else can open your cart, they can see what you intended to buy.

23. Liability

We take care with descriptions, packing, and replies. Even so, a device can fail and a carrier can delay. To the extent the law allows, NeverForget is not liable for indirect or consequential loss: lost profits, lost data, a missed performance, or a project that slipped because a parcel was late. Our responsibility for a proven direct loss related to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product, except where the law does not allow that limit, and except for liability we cannot exclude, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are not liable for third-party networks, email providers, or software that refuses a LUT. We are liable for sending you the file we described.

Nothing on the website is a warranty beyond the faulty-goods promise and the specifications on the product page. Implied terms that the law allows us to limit are limited to those promises.

24. Changes

We may update these terms when the catalog, the delivery practice, or the law we must respect changes. The date at the top will move. The version you agree to for an order is the version on the site when you place that request, plus the confirmation email. A later change does not rewrite a completed order.

If a change is serious and you have a subscription to the letter, we may mention it there. The footer link always leads to the current text.

If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in place. The unenforceable sentence is read down to the extent the law allows, or removed if it cannot be read down.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to NeverForget’s agreements, without any claim that the website itself is a physical shop in a particular city. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply to you. We do not choose a courtroom in these terms. If a dispute needs a forum, it will be a forum that can actually hear it, and we would rather solve it by email first.

25. Contact

Email hello@neverforgettab.com for orders, returns, faulty goods, digital links, and questions about these terms. Include your name, the email you used at checkout, and the product name. Please do not send payment card numbers. Please do not expect a phone call. We do not operate a phone line, and we do not publish an address for visits or for unsolicited parcels.

Thank you for reading this far. The short version is the way the shop actually feels: a small catalog, a human confirmation, a fair return window, and a license that means what it says.
