NeverForget answers by email. There is no phone line to call and no counter to visit. That keeps the shop small and the replies specific.
Orders placed on the site are requests. A representative writes to the address you give, confirms what is in stock, and arranges payment and delivery in that thread. Digital downloads are sent the same way, as a link, after the request is confirmed.

Weekdays, usually within one working day. Journal questions and order questions use the same mailbox, so put the product name in the subject if you already know it.
Before you write
No. Checkout sends an order request. A representative emails you to confirm the pieces, the total, and how you would like to pay. Card numbers are never typed into this site.
It lives at neverforgettab.com. We do not publish a street address because there is no public counter. Everything is arranged by email.
After the order is confirmed, the download link is sent to the same email you used at checkout. Keep that message. The link is for the person who bought the library.
